We want to make our returns process as clear and straightforward as possible.

Custom-cut, made-to-measure or specially processed products can not be returned or refunded unless they are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.

1. Standard Goods

Consumer Customers may cancel eligible standard, non-customised goods within 14 days of receiving the order.

Once you have notified us, the goods must normally be returned within a further 14 days.

Returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in a resaleable condition.

For non-faulty returns, the customer is normally responsible for the return delivery cost.

2. Custom & Cut-to-Size Orders

Products made or processed specifically for you cannot normally be cancelled or returned once work has started.

This includes products that are:

• Cut to size or made to measure
• Folded or fabricated
• Powder coated or specially finished
• Drilled, profiled or laser cut
• Specially sourced or made to your specification

This does not affect your rights if the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

3. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery or collection.

If your goods are damaged, faulty, missing or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where relevant.

Where the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution such as a replacement, redelivery or refund.

4. Business Customers

Business Customers do not have an automatic right to return non-faulty goods because they have changed their mind.

Any return must be agreed with London Metal Store before the goods are sent back.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method.

Where goods are being returned, we may wait until the goods have been received or evidence of return has been provided before issuing the refund.
