Delivery Information

London Metal Store offers delivery and collection options for eligible metal products across the UK. Delivery times and charges may vary depending on product size, weight, stock availability, delivery location and whether any additional cutting, fabrication or processing is required.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated separately and shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Free delivery is available on eligible orders over £110 + VAT, subject to product size, weight, delivery location and any applicable restrictions.

Some long, heavy, oversized or specialist products may require an additional delivery charge. If an additional charge is required, we will contact you before the order is dispatched.

Delivery Times

Stock items will normally be dispatched as soon as reasonably possible after payment has cleared.

Damaged Deliveries

Cut-to-Size and Fabricated Orders

Orders requiring cutting, folding, welding or other fabrication may require additional processing time before dispatch or collection.

Estimated lead times may vary depending on the complexity of the work, current workload, stock availability and the services required.
