About Stainless Steel

Stainless steel is a corrosion-resistant alloy of iron and chromium, used across catering equipment, surgical instruments, medical devices, construction, and storage tanks. The chromium content reacts with oxygen to form a natural oxide layer on the surface, and this layer rebuilds itself if the surface is damaged, so the base metal stays protected without any additional coating or treatment. The material was historically known as rustless steel.

Stainless Steel Splashback

Stainless steel tube is used in many commercial and industrial applications. It is lightweight relative to other metals, carries good corrosion resistance, and can be cut to length for specific projects.

We have a large range of stainless steel tubes available from stock in a choice of lengths, widths and thicknesses. They tend to range from 12mm to 50mm in diameter with a thickness of either 1.2mm or 1.5mm.

Box Stainless Steel

Our stainless steel box section is supplied in mill finish, but we are also able to supply it in either a satin finish or a bright polished finish.

Stainless Steel Brushed Polished Kick Plate 304

304 stainless steel kick plates protect the lower section of doors from contact damage and dirt in high-traffic areas. A kick plate lets people open doors with their feet, which is practical where materials are being handled and hygiene matters. The brushed polished finish keeps the surface easy to clean.

Stainless Steel Brushed Polished Kick Plate 316
